Shipping & Customs Policy
Shipping within India –7 Carve Gems offers free shipping on all orders within India. We deliver through safe & fast courier services like DTDC, Blue dart etc. We use Postal service for remote/rural areas where the courier companies have no service.
International Shipping
We ship to more than 70 Countries where the Payment & Shipping partners provide service. International shipping i.e. outside India is charged as applicable. All shipments are sent through reputed courier service providers such as FedEx, UPS & DHL etc. All our Shipments are insured. The Insurance cost is included in our shipping cost and you do not need to pay anything extra.
Dispatch Time
The time to get your order ready depends if it is to be studded in Jewelry or certified by any Laboratory of your choice in addition to the Reputed Laboratory Certificate provided by us. It normally takes 4-5 days to stud the Gemstone into jewelry piece. However, Loose Gemstone or Ready Items are dispatched same day to 2 days from the day of order.
Order/Shipment Tracking

Delivery Time
It takes 3 – 5 days to deliver in Metro Cities in India & 7 – 10 days to deliver in other parts of India from date of dispatch. It takes 10 – 15 days for International orders to be delivered by our shipping partners.
Custom Duties & Taxes (Outside India)
Please be advised that we are not responsible for any custom charges, duties, VAT, etc. that your country may be charging as these vary from case-to-case and are beyond our reach. But, we fully co-operate & provide our sincere support in this regard as we have enough experience in this field. So, feel free to contact us if you have any query or doubt at any point of time. However, note that currently there is no import duty on loose gemstones in the US, Canada and Europe. In other countries, this typically ranges around 1% only. Additionally, professional buyers can also recover the VAT. You are advised to contact your local custom authorities for any clarification.
Also, please note that for international orders that AFTER dispatch, are either refused by the customer, or cancelled, the customer will be liable for all custom duties and VAT charged by their country, in order to return the items back to us. Only after receipt of the item by us, any balance due to the customer, less all fees, custom duties and VAT, will be refunded to the customer as per the refund timeline.

Return & Exchange
Easy & Transparent 10 Days Return Policy
Before you raise a request for return at 7 CARVE GEMS, please take a moment to understand that most of the Natural Gemstones & Jewelry items at 7carvegems.com are handcrafted, resulting in each product being unique. All our products go through strict quality check before shipping.
Returns & Exchange will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. Additionally, Customer is entitled for 100% refund/return/exchange if gemstone is proved synthetic/artificial by any approved/reputed gemological institute.
No return or exchange will be made if you are unsure about the design, size or colour after delivery. So, we request you to make a careful and sensible decision before purchase. Damages due to neglect & improper usage are not included under our Returns & Replacement Policy.
Return Procedure
Please inform us on email at [email protected] within 10 days of receiving your order. Also, share the pictures of the damaged/incorrect products for our team to understand the issue. Then it is up to the discretion of the 7 CARVE GEMS team to decide whether the product is approved for return.
Once we have received your email and our Quality Control team has authorized the return, please return back the goods to us in the original condition.
Requests for return have to be placed within 10 days from the date of delivery. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified within this period.
Customers are advised to make an unboxing video of the order received to claim refund against damaged/missing items.
While making attempt to return, do not mention words like Precious, Gemstones &Jewelry related words outside the packet, as it attracts undue attention & may lead to theft.

Please be informed that dealers, who Buy-back or Exchange used/old gemstones, work on business model where already used gemstones are passed on to the new customers without their consent. 7 CARVE GEMS is committed to provide 100% natural & unused Gemstones to customers.
